Protect Alaska’s Environment

Support the Development of Renewable Energy

The Bonneville Environmental Foundation (BEF) is partnering with the Renewable Energy Alaska Project (REAP) to offer you Denali Green Tags, a BEF Green Tag program that supports renewable energy development in Alaska through the sale of carbon offsets from renewable energy called Green Tags or renewable energy certificates.

Green Tags help to replace energy from traditional, polluting sources with clean, renewable and sustainable sources of power. Each Green Tag represents the environmental attributes – principally displaced greenhouse gases and other emissions – associated with the generation of one megawatt-hour (MWh) of electricity.

Buy Denali Green Tags to offset emissions from your business, home, auto, and air travel. A percent of gross revenues from the sale of Denali Green Tags goes right back into renewable energy projects in Alaska.
